Carriers of the Story:
A Leadership Conference of Women Religious
Ministry Study

This LCWR study of the ministry of US women religious is a story of the current ministry involvement of women religious in the United States including information about institutions and works sponsored or co-sponsored by religious institutes in the United States. A follow-up to the 1991 LCWR ministry study, Threads for the Loom, this study was designed to gather national data that would accurately describe ministry experiences and trends among LCWR members and their religious institutes approximately 10 years after the initial study.
