The exhibits will be open from Tuesday, August 8 through Thursday, August 10. Exhibit setup and onsite registration is from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on August 8. The exhibit hall will be open to attendees during the following times:
August 8: 1:00 PM to 6:45 PM and 8:15 PM to 10:00 PM
August 9: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
August 10: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Exhibit teardown will begin at 11:00 AM and end at 2:30 PM on August 10.
LCWR: Assembly Exhibitor Policy
Summary version: the entire policy is sent out with the application form) As a condition of exhibiting at the LCWR assembly, the exhibitors expressly acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in the Exhibition Regulations as put forth by LCWR and the exhibit management. The Leadership Conference of Women Religious (LCWR) reserves the right to amend these regulations or to make additions. LCWR further reserves the right to make specific exceptions to, or changes in these regulations without establishing a precedent or applying those exceptions or changes beyond the specific cases involved. LCWR reserves the right, at its discretion and without necessity of refund, to terminate and revoke exhibitor's use of exhibit space at the assembly, if the exhibitor, after notice, fails immediately to cure any violation of the regulations. The interpretation of the regulations and all matters not covered by these regulations are subject to the sole discretion of LCWR.
Exhibitors are asked to consider sponsoring an event at the 2017 assembly. Sponsors may choose to contribute at five levels and may select specific events to sponsor or co-sponsor.
