This recording provides an overview of how the LCWR administrative/management network is progressing. The network was created in response to the often-voiced suggestion made by leaders that we find ways to share resources and personnel across religious institutes. The network, which is overseen by Mark Schafale, chief administrative officer for the Felician Sisters of North America, is well underway and has begun serving several religious institutes.
The recording tells how this new initiative is working and how the relationships are developing. We believe this information is helpful for all congregations who are in or may soon be in a position of looking for personnel (especially in the areas of finances and human resources) or who have personnel whom they may be able to share with other congregations.
