Celebrating God’s Abundant Love

As I sit in my office writing this reflection, the view from my window speaks of the fullness of nature and the abundance of God’s love born again each spring in sights, smells, breezes, and blossoms. Clearly, Gerard Manley Hopkins caught the depth of this reality in the words: “The world is charged with the grandeur of God.” Given the diversity of weather patterns across our country these past weeks, however, some views from windows could be that of frost and snow, with the ever present hope springing eternal!
